I like this program because the diet portion is more strict and the fats portion is less strict, so the calories are a bit lower than with the diet, but not too low.
The program will help hoda lose those last few pounds she’s been struggling with on and off for a while now. She’s also promised to post about her progress on her own page for the fans to see and make sure that she always keeps her chin up. I’m really excited to see how she does and hope to see her on the show next year.
