I have a couple of questions on the topic.

In a study done by the University of Massachusetts, researchers found that just a few minutes of a vegan diet was enough to increase the risk of death by nearly a million. That’s insane. In a second study, the same team found that the risk of death increased by as much as 12% when a person was given a vegan diet and then later died from an overdose of insulin.
Yes, I agree. That second study is pretty serious too. While it isn’t quite the nightmare that the first study is, its still pretty terrifying. That’s why I find it so interesting that people who have tried to go vegan (or any other vegan diet that has gotten people into trouble) in the past don’t seem to have any problems with getting sick while trying to follow a vegan diet. I guess it just comes down to being a little crazy.
I have to say, I feel for the people who are now suffering from mental health issues. I’ve just heard about it from friends, relatives, and even a colleague. The mental health services in the state arent as good as they used to be. If you’re a person who does not eat meat, and is in a vegeterian diet, there seems to be a lot of controversy, especially among the younger generations of people who are more likely to use drugs and/or alcohol.
