There are many people who eat whatever they want, but I’m not one of them. I don’t gain weight. I do my best to eat healthy, and I always make sure to keep a healthy weight.

Dieting does not help you lose weight either, because you’re still eating the same thing you were eating before the dieting began. So, dieting is just a distraction. The only way to lose weight is to change your lifestyle, not to worry about it.
The truth is that most people are not eating the way they should. Many people are eating foods that are too high in fat and too low in fiber. If you eat this way, you can easily gain weight. A good way to lose weight is to eat a very high fiber diet. The most fiber you can eat is in your food and drinks.

So the low carb diet is not a carb diet but a protein diet. Protein is also low carb and protein is not carbs so it is an all or nothing diet.
