You may not believe it, but getting food can be addictive. Whether you are eating a pizza or a bagel, you are always there for that first bite. This is a great reason to be in good health, although it can lead to eating more junk food or eating less healthy foods.
I know this because I have a habit of eating as much as I can at every meal. I do it because it makes me feel better. My brain just naturally goes to the most delicious foods and the rest is easy. I’m not crazy.
I know this because I actually try to eat healthfully and in moderation. I eat small portions at every meal and I avoid eating large quantities of food to satisfy my craving for something sweet. But I don’t go crazy either. I cut back on the amount of sugar that I eat, as well as the amount of salt that I eat. My brain is still craving food.
That said, I still eat too much sugar and salt. I have a habit of eating a lot of white rice and beans, which is a very unhealthy food. I wouldnt recommend it to a friend, or any friend. I feel no urge to eat a bowl of white rice with a spoon.
There’s a lot of food in the world. As much as I enjoy food, I don’t eat it to feel satiated, and I avoid large amounts of food all the time. I think it would be better if I ate more vegetables and fruits.
I have a similar argument about eating sugar. It makes me feel like I’m on a constant high. I have a tendency to eat sweets when I’m hungry.
But when I do eat sweets, its because the sugar isnt even mine. I eat them because the other person I know makes the candy.
I tend to make the same arguments with the same amount of arguments. I am a person who tries to eat as much as possible (sometimes even before I am hungry) because I am constantly hungry and I want something sweet. When I try to cook, I want the same thing. I am a person who likes to eat sweet things and I have a tendency to eat them in large quantities. But I dont eat them because I am on a constant high.
The idea of “eating for fun” is a rather silly one. I mean, after all, it’s not like anyone has ever died from it. But it’s hard to argue with the fact that you’re actually saving a life. The act of eating something is an act of love.
The thing is, when I eat, I am actually saving a life. If you can’t get through to your friends and family, then that is literally the only thing you can do. And while at the same time, you are also preventing other people from dying.
