I love this workout because it incorporates a lot of self-awareness. It’s a good way to incorporate mindfulness into your workout routine.

It’s not that we’re criticizing this workout per se, but if you’re looking to incorporate cardio into your workout routine, its one of the more difficult ones to get right. The first few reps are pretty hokey, and the very slow pace is definitely a lot of extra work for not much benefit. The video isn’t really helping either, as there are a few spots where you can see the shoulders getting puffed up.
The shoulders are not the only area that get puffed up in a shoulder burner workout, and they can be a bit of a problem as well. The shoulder area is one of the most heavily loaded areas of muscular tissue and it can have a pretty severe effect on the cardiovascular system when used improperly.
The shoulder area is very similar to the chest area and is often used as a “fat target.” You can also get the same effect using a dumbbell. The problem with dumbbell training is that it doesn’t give you much mobility and you end up spending more time on a stationary bike than any other exercise, but it’s still a very effective way to get more strength and bulk.
The shoulder burn can actually increase your endurance by as much as three times, as well as your metabolism and muscle tone. I dont know how much more or less to make it a shoulder burner workout and I dont care as long as it feels like I’m getting a workout.
The shoulder burn workout uses a dumbbell (or similar weight) to make the exercise more difficult, so you spend a lot of time on the stationary bike. Its a really good idea if you are looking for a strength or endurance-boosting workout because you will not only lose fat, but you will get stronger as well.
