All the things that have occurred in the past week or so are all over the place. The only way to move forward is to stop and consider what’s happened and what you can do differently next time.
The key to learning from these things is to take them as opportunities to really see yourself, and to do them in a way that reflects your true feelings or preferences. The key is to move from “should’ve” to “should’ve done”.

So it’s definitely worth trying to let go of your shoulds.
