When you have to climb the stairs, your knees can get cramped from holding the stroller. The floor routine can help alleviate some of that pain with the added advantage of the ease it brings your knees to a more normal position.
The floor routine consists of a series of movements that start with a gentle jog, then increase in difficulty by increasing the amount of force you exert. The movement itself is very simple and fast, but it’s actually a series of different movements that change the direction of your step as you take one step at a time. So instead of simply doing a single step, you might take two steps at a time, or you might take three steps at a time.
Each time you take a step, your body rotates to simulate the effect of gravity on your entire body. This is done by pushing your knees toward your hips, then rotating your hips, and finally pushing your knees back to your hips again. This is meant to mimic the effect of gravity, which in turn makes your knees return to where they were before doing the movement.
I think you could apply the same concept to any chore, even a standing one. You might take a two-step, a three-step, or a four-step routine.
I’m not a dancer, so I don’t really have any idea how to apply this routine, but I do know that the result is a lot of fun. There was a time when I would do this every day at work.
Yes, I do work the same desk as a lot of people, or at any desk I’m sitting at. I’m a lot more comfortable doing this from where I am now. But it’s all good. I mean, it’s not like I’m not doing the same exercises day in and day out, it’s just that I do it in a different way. I’m more focused and I’m also more aware of my body and my movement patterns.
I can only imagine how the day goes when I have to do all of this at work. It is so easy to get distracted by all the other things going on around you. It can be hard to ignore your own mind when youre always thinking about the next thing to do. So be sure to do this on your lunch breaks or after work, as I did this on my lunch break while I was on vacation.
It makes me wonder though, why would anyone ever choose to do this when they work? I do think it can be a great way to lose weight and keep up with your coworkers when theyre all eating the same. But I also think that people who do a lot of this in their spare time are probably more aware of their body and movements than people who only do it when they need it to be done.
My favorite thing about working from home is that it can completely change your routine. No more waking up early in the morning to make coffee or get started with your day. No more long work days or late night dinners. You can just jump into work whenever you feel like it, and when you need to, you can go home.
This can be very liberating and definitely benefits your health and well-being. But it can also cause you to get into some really weird habits that could be stressful if you’re used to them. This is why I recommend checking in with yourself at least every now and then before you start doing something that you’re not sure if it’s okay. And if you’re having a really bad day, go sit in bed and talk to yourself. You’re worth it.
