I had an interesting conversation with my buddy the other day about the staircase treadmill. He was telling me that he wasn’t the type of person that wanted to climb stairs or do so at a gym, but that he did it anyways because of the physical benefits. He got about 3 miles per hour doing it, and it was only about 20 minutes per day.
I think its safe to say that the staircase treadmill has more benefits than the treadmill itself. That’s because it is a treadmill.
The stairwells of most gyms are just for show. They are not designed to mimic the natural way that people climb stairs, but they do make it easier to do so. It is a treadmill, but its not a treadmill that you would usually do for a workout. Instead, you use the stairwells at a gym to do more than just get yourself up to a certain height. You use the stairwells to do cardiovascular workouts, strength training, and cardio.
These stairwells help you to build strength in more areas than just your legs, which is why they are a good choice for people who want to build greater lean muscle mass. They also help you to build core strength, so you can stay in shape. By building strength in one area, you can build strength in other areas too. It is like a stairwell treadmill. You can do it for your entire body.
I love stairwell treadmills and have been building them for years now. As a former military guy, I know how important leg muscle is for strength and speed. Even though the game is in a 3D environment, I think it makes sense for all of these different ways to play because I find that I’m much more likely to run or jog when I’m in a 3D environment.
In order to be effective in the game, you will need to control your speed (like on the treadmill), which is one of the main things that makes you feel like you’re going up and down the stairs while running. It’s a little weird, but in a way there are a lot of little weird things that make the game more immersive.
