I’ve recently had the good fortune to find myself in a new gym, and I’ve been trying to get in a good workout, even if it has been more of a steady-state one. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this good about myself. I’m really happy with how my body feels right now, and I’m excited to get back to it.
The gym Ive been at lately is called BBE, which stands for Big-Blood Endurance. In BBE, you do endurance training, and you do it hard. There is no mercy. When you hit the wall, you can do as much as you want to until you cant even walk or sit up, and then you get a kick out of taking a nap. You burn through 10-15 hours of your day, and you get to come back and do it again next day.
This workout is a bit different from BBE, which makes it easy to get into. You work out with a heavy focus on strength and endurance, but it’s not really a strength workout. There are different types of strength training and movement too, but it is a full-body workout. It’s great for the people who struggle with endurance and strength, as well as the ladies who like to show off their curves.
The Beast is a pretty simple workout, and I’m not sure if any of you have ever heard of it, but its a great introduction to the Beast. It starts out with a strong, heavy warmup that will help you loosen up your body. Then it has your whole body covered in a foam mat while you perform a series of strength exercises. It is a great way to warm up your muscles and get yourself into a great workout.
