I don’t know if you’re reading this, but I’m a personal trainer, and I’ve been doing this for the past few years. And I’ve seen a ton of people fail this particular fitness challenge, and I’ve also seen a ton of people who’ve been doing this for a few years, and they’re doing amazing things. It doesn’t have to be an hour every day, but it does have to be once a week at a minimum.
Ive also seen many people whove done this workout for months, and theyve done very well, but never stuck with it. It does seem that some people just dont have the determination to keep going with it, and those people may be best suited for something like Crossfit. I dont know if anyone has had this workout to begin with, but Ive had people tell me theyve been doing this workout for one week and theyve done very well, then theyve begun to feel overwhelmed by the gym. It is a very simple exercise, but requires a bit of work to get to it. You have to do 3 minutes of situps, then do 3 minutes of pushups, but you dont have to do any other exercises at all.
the workout is an easy one. It just takes a bit of work to get to it. But I have to say, it was awesome. I think it has a lot of potential. If the guys who are doing it can keep it up, then I think it could really become a popular workout.
I agree with the reviewer that a good workout takes dedication and commitment. The most successful exercises seem to be ones where people do it once or twice a week. I do not think you want to do it for the first time. I can already tell that you will get bored with those exercises.
I think you need a bit of a challenge before you start working on your core, so that you are actually doing something. For me, my core is my weak point, but it’s also my very favorite part of my body. I think I was once able to do it for 20 minutes at a time in the gym because it seemed to get my heart rate up. But as I get older I find it difficult to keep my core as strong as it once was.
