I know I should be using walkers but I’m always worried about not being strong enough or not knowing how to get moving. I used to be the same way but now I know better and can walk in a straight line with my little boy. This walker and the dvd I bought are a great combination. I’m always walking in the park with my son with this dvd, and I walk more than I used to.
