The truth is; we each have our own way of thinking, acting and being. A person’s body type is determined by their genetic makeup, as well as by their age, health, size, and the level of activity they perform. This means that the way we look and feel doesn’t necessarily correspond to who we are and who we want to be.
One of the things that is very important to keep in mind when you decide what type of person you want to be is your ability to feel pain. Body awareness is not the same as body pain. Body pain is more about the physical sensation of pain than about the actual source of that pain. Body awareness is more like a sense of humor than a sense of pain.
A lot of people will probably say that feeling pain is what makes you feel alive. To that I can agree, but that doesn’t mean that it is the only thing you should do. The way I feel about it is that pain should inform your whole life, not just when you are hurting. For example, I am not a fan of being in pain all the time. It can be very distracting and I don’t like when it interrupts my day.
You can probably have a conversation with someone and be completely frank about this. They will probably be like, “I have always been a complete pain in the ass.” to which I would reply, “I know.” If you feel that pain is making you not feel like yourself, I am not saying that you should stop doing the things you have always done. I think the most important thing to do is to do the things that are making you happy.
The difference is not always the weight, it can also be the shape of the body! I really hate when I see someone who is overweight in my office. It makes me feel like I have a lot of extra weight on in my body and it makes me feel like I am not as fit as I should be.

A person with the same weight and body types would be able to choose what clothes to wear, what hairstyle to wear, and the like. In a world that encourages people to get rid of their bodies and be so much more about their appearance, this is a great thing.
The other reason same-weight, same-body types are so great, is because their body type is something you can change. The same-weight, same-body types can look great, and at the same time, they can look like they have something wrong with them (because they have muscles and a ton of fat).
